Parish Council Meetings
Meetings are usually held in the West Raynham Village Hall on Tuesday nights and start at 7pm....the general public are always welcome at the meetings.
During the period of lock down, council meetings cannot be held in person and will move to virtual meetings. Please email the Clerk if you would like to join the meetings.

Anyone is welcome to attend the meetings but whilst members of the public cannot participate, a short period of time is given for members of the public to air their views on matters directly related to the Parish Council.
Minutes of Parish Council meetings are available to read between one to two weeks after a council meeting. They are published in draft form and approved at the next council meeting.

Agendas are published as appropriate by the Thursday before the meeting.
