Parish Council Meetings

Parish Council meetings are held every other month in the West Raynham Village Hall, The Street, West Raynham.

Meetings are usually held on Tuesday nights and start at 7pm....the general public are always welcome at the meetings.

Minutes of Parish Council meetings are available to read between one to two weeks after a council meeting. They are published in draft form and approved at the next council meeting. Agendas are published the Thursday before a Tuesday meeting. A copy is also displayed on the notice board in The Street Road, opposite the West Raynham Village Hall.

Anyone is welcome to attend the meetings but whilst members of the public cannot participate a short period of time is given for members of the public to air their views on matters directly related to the Parish Council.
